At dawn’s first light | Castle Rock Family Photographer

I met up with Chevy and her two fellas very early in the morning, just before the holidays.  We had decided we would brave the cold and the dark in order to capture her sunrise session, and it was so worth it. We chose Daniel’s Gate in Castle Pines as our location because I knew the sky would be about as perfect as it could come at that time of day.  The morning started soft and pink, like cotton candy, and ended with a brilliant orange sunrise.  Chevy and her boys sipped hot cocoa and whispered love and promises to each other, and watched the sun rise majestically over the mountains.  It was all about new beginnings and a fresh start for this beautiful family, and I think the sky was listening.
