The text read “Josephine Bell arrived this morning!” I was standing in the middle of the grocery store isle with my two boys trying to figure out what that meant. It came from my friend Leslie. I thought perhaps Leslie had family visiting? Split second later tears were streaming down my cheeks and my boys were slightly freaked out by their mom’s show of emotion. Leslie’s baby girl had indeed arrived…almost 6 weeks early! And over the next day or two she pieced the birth story together for me – she’d sneezed and her water broke and that was that, very soon after “Josie” made her appearance earth-side! Mama and baby were fine and recovering well, and big brother and Daddy were extatic. After two long years the M family at last had their much-anticipated precious girl. And as you can see from the images below they are all quite smitten! So am I.
