What a year it has been! This is a shot from every single session I photographed this year (not including preschools, headshots, and my own family, ha!). I’m so very thankful for every single client who has come into (or back into!) my life this year. Every day I encounter the nicest people who are excited about capturing moments and defining this time in their lives. I’m honored to be a part of capturing that moment. I love seeing new parents gently and somewhat nervously enter my home studio here in Castle Rock to have their days old little one photographed. I love seeing big families spend an afternoon together just loving each other and having fun. I love photographing wee ones on their big milestones – birthdays, holidays, first steps. And I love love love asking couples who have been together for years so snuggle up, whisper something sweet (or saucy!) in their beloved’s ear, and see the gorgeous, loving smiles spread across their faces as they take just a small moment in their busy lives to reconnect and remember their love for each other. It’s truly a gift to ME when you come into my life and my business. As they say, my cup overfloweth!
Crib Tales Photography turns 5 years old this coming year (five!!) and with that milestone comes wonderful changes as well! I have expanded my portrait studio in my home in Castle Rock to accommodate not just newborns through first year, but to also be able to capture families, high school seniors, children, cake-smashes, birthday milestones, and more! I am of course still offering outdoor, on-location sessions – those are so much fun, and so perfect for our beautiful Colorado backdrop. But I wanted to be able to offer options for all families and all times of year. I have grown to love studio work just as much as my original outdoor, natural light sessions. I will also be offering more specialized portrait events such as Dress Up sessions, holiday mini sessions, hobby sessions, and more. We’re going to have LOTS of fun and I can’t wait to have you as a part of it all!
I hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday season, and I so look forward to seeing you and capturing more memories in 2014!
xo,
~Amy
