Beginning this week, Governor Polis has issued the Safer at Home initiative for COVID-19 Safety Protocol to allow some businesses get back to work. At this time I am following the mandate for COVID-19 Safety Protocol and for reopening my business as set forth for Douglas County. I have added some extra precautions and adjusted timelines to best meet the needs of my families.
I will begin doing outdoor sessions with appropriate distancing and health and safety measures in place on May 8. If I see that this plan is working well, I will begin offering limited studio sessions beginning June 1. I will reach out to each of my families who have already had sessions postponed for these first available sessions. Please note that if at any time the Department of Health requests another temporary ceasing of businesses, I will comply and reevaluate. I appreciate your patience and understanding with this matter.
Above all, I just wanted to say thank you for your patience, understanding, and most of all support during this time. I have spent almost 12 years building this little business of mine, and I have no plans to hang up the swaddle now. I adore your families, babies, and stories. I love documenting the happiest moments in a family’s life. I am honored with capturing each footprint, eyelash, giggle, hug, and kiss. Nothing can take away how amazing it is to photograph a new life, and I am honored to document that miracle. Please reach out with any questions you may have. Stay safe. Keep smiling. We’ll see each other soon!
